Juhani Honkala is founder and CEO of cloud gaming service Hatch, which spun out from Rovio Entertainment in 2016. Previously he led Rovio’s global ads and cloud services platform, and was also chief architect at Tokyo-based Acrodea and cofounder of Korean game developer allm.

Oliver is Senior VP of Product Management and it the product manager for Bohemia Interactive Simulations flagship military training tool VBS3. Oliver is also responsible for all desktop training software in BISim as well as being a director of the company’s UK office.

Over two decades in the games industry, from his stint in mobile gaming with BAFTA award-winning Ideaworks3D to helming Business Development at MMO developer CCP Games, Thor builds opportunity where technology and business disruption enables fearless, creative game development.

Marina joined Stillfront as Head of M&A and led the acquisition of Kixeye. Prior to that, she has close to 20 years track record of investment banking and M&A. She has extensive competence within strategic and financial advisory, deal generation, buy and sell side M&A project management, financial analysis, due diligence and company valuation.

Rashid oversees the company’s technical innovation. As a member of the inaugural Entrepreneur First cohort, Rashid subsequently founded Adbrain, a VC-backed data intelligence startup that utilised AI and machine learning at massive scale. Today, he is solving these fundamental constraints and unlocking the world’s greatest scientific challenges at Hadean.

Candice loves helping clients optimize their gaming and esports strategies. Her 8 years of experience spanning gaming, hardware, and business began at Qualcomm, working in program management for the Snapdragon GPU team before joining Newzoo, she also spent time at Blizzard Entertainment focusing on monetization, engagement, and esports.

Cheryl has worked for many large organisations including the BBC , Apple, News UK and Microsoft.  Her roles ranged from running their traditional IT  departments to large scale digital transformation projects. More recently she worked for HSBC on their digital transformation enabling the use of  cloud technology to increase  digital journeys for HSBC’s global retail bank. She has recently joined Polystream to run their platform and live ops team.

Jen MacLean is the Head of Worldwide Business Development for small and mid-sized game studios for Amazon Game Tech, where she helps game developers around the world build better games and more successful companies.  A lifelong gamer, Jen has held various senior roles in game development over her career, most recently leading the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) and IGDA Foundation.

Bruce joined the first wave of the cloud gaming revolution and held senior leadership roles at OnLive including Head of Engineering, and SVP business and corporate development. Instrumental in delivering the world's first direct-to-consumer cloud gaming solution, he moved back to the UK in 2011 to oversee the OnLive’s launch and growth in Europe before joining forces with Adam in 2015 to form Polystream.

Maria Sayans has been helping teams and organizations in the games industry succeed in the digital space, build great brands, launch games and engage players.  She spent 14 years at EA building the online functions and on marketing leadership roles for franchises like Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Dead Space, Star Wars, Mirror’s Edge and Battlefield. In 2015 she joined CCP Games, the Icelandic developer of EVE Online, as their Chief Customer Officer.

Bryan leads initiative marketing within Intel focused on Visual Cloud – Cloud Gaming, Media, Analytics, Immersive and Edge. He is responsible for planning and directing strategic marketing initiatives across the data centric value chain through industry development, direct customer collaborations, ecosystem enabling and strategic programs to grow markets within Cloud, Enterprise, Communications and IoT verticals.

Tamzin leads the Business Development team for Google Play Apps & Games, Western Europe. Prior to joining Google Play, Tamzin was Head of Android Business Development, Oceania and before that, enjoyed 15 years developing successful mobile content products for leading telecoms carriers including Virgin, Vodafone and 3 mobile. Previously she was also a director on the national board of the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association.

Adam Billyard 

Adam has a wealth of experience and expertise in realtime graphics development that has led to the creation of some of the most successful game franchises seen in the last 20 years. As a Co-Founder of Criterion, in 1992 Adam oversaw the development of Renderware; one of the most successful 3D rendering engines subsequently instrumental to some of the largest game franchises of the last few years.
